Terms of Service
Services Offered: Oparos LLC (referred to as “the Coach”) offers coaching services to individuals seeking personal and professional development. Coaching sessions are conducted either in person, over the phone, or via video conference.
Payment Terms: Payment for coaching services is required upfront and must be made in full before the scheduled session. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or bank ACH transfer.
Refund Policy: The Coach does not offer refunds for coaching services. However, clients may reschedule their coaching session for a later date if necessary.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their coaching session with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the session.
Confidentiality: The Coach respects the confidentiality of all client information shared during coaching sessions. All information disclosed during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.
Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during coaching sessions. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Limitation of Liability: The Coach’s liability is limited to the cost of the coaching session. The Coach is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of coaching services.
Intellectual Property: Any materials or resources provided by the Coach during coaching sessions are the intellectual property of the Coach and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Termination Policy: Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. In the event of termination, any prepaid sessions will be refunded or rescheduled at the client’s request.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in the State of New York.
